There was a day in my photographing career when you couldn’t bribe me to switch from my safety zone of film. I found that by making a gradual switch, alternating a film camera and a digital camera with the flash card. The film was my back-up naturally. It soon became apparent, the digital would win in my business as storage was a huge factor in making the decision to go digital. As I look back through my archives of film years, I can’t find all the negatives to make duplicate prints. But with my new digital CD back up files in one box, it’s a snap to retrieve anything that I eliminated from the computer files.
I’ve been a devout digital fan for more than five years.
